At Helgebostad Hagebruk, Elisa lives with her two sons. At Helgebostad she has been cultivating the land since 2007, with a focus on sustainable and natural methods. Helgebostad Hagebruk was established i 2018, after Elisa secured an agreement with the star restaurant Maaemo. Elisa now produces over a hundred varieties of crops on 4500 m2 and delivers to restaurants and people. Elisa is supporting and building the cultural life on Hitra by offering guided tours, workshops and attracting visitors to Helgebostadøya.
